Biography
Jessica VanderPloeg, SHRM-CP, is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Mutual of Wausau Insurance Corporation, where she has been since 2013. She is a HR Department of One and handles everything HR related plus many administrative duties. She has been in the HR field for almost two decades.
Jessica received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2013. She obtained the SHRM-CP in June of 2016. Jessica is also an active member in the Central Wisconsin Society for Human Resource Management (CWSHRM) chapter. Since becoming a member in 2014 with CWSHRM, she has held many roles such as Diversity Director, Membership Director, President-Elect, President, and Past President.
