| Description: | HR GeneralistFull-Time | 1st ShiftDuties will include: benefits administration, FMLA and WC administration, recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, wellness, and safety. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or business-related field is preferred. At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. Previous experience with ADP benefits program is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to utilize other job-related software is required. Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality, and apply feedback to improve performance is required. Attention to details and excellent communication and employee-relation skills are required. Exempt position with a typical schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
