District Director - Southwest
Mary Vogl-Rauscher, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Bio:
Mary currently serves as the President of Dodge County SHRM and had previously held the President Elect and Treasurer positions for several years. She also founded the student chapter at MPTC.

Mary’s education includes a MBA from Marquette University and a BBA from UW-Oshkosh.  Previous employers include Shopko Stores where she was their Director of Executive Staffing and Development. She has also worked for Proctor and Gamble and Corporate McDonald's.

Mary is currently employed by KraftHeinz as their HRBP. Prior to this, she was the Leadership Development for Moraine Park Technical College. Mary has also worked for Corporate McDonald’s, ShopKo, and Proctor and Gamble.

Her current community activities include: Beaver Dam Library Board--Treasurer, Beaver Dam Area Orchestra--Treasurer; Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation--Secretary; and Church Health Services--President, Co-Chair for Best Dam Fest and MPTC Advisory Committee.

Brittany Hanson, MBA, PHR
Bio:

Brittany Hanson is the AVP of HR Operations at Park Bank in Madison, WI.  Brittany has been a SHRM volunteer leader for many years, holding various roles with the Greater Madison Area SHRM Board of Directors including Chapter President in 2020-2021.  Brittany has been in HR for over 15 years, beginning her HR career in a student HR role while in undergrad at UW-Madison.  Brittany is a certified Crucial Conversations facilitator, and focuses on her current role on leading the day to day HR operations of the bank.  Prior to Park Bank, Brittany worked in Talent Acquisition at UW Credit Union, and as the HR Manager at Senior Helpers.  Brittany is a Certified Yoga Teacher and teaches hot yoga in her free time, as well as facilitates an 'HR Basics for Non-HR Professionals' course through the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center.

District Director - Northwest
Dani Stuhr, SHRM-CP

Bio:
Dani Stuhr is the HR Assistant Director at Festival Foods supporting 41 stores across Wisconsin.  In her role with Festival Foods she primarily focuses on employee engagement, employee relations counseling, performance management, and assisting in leading a team of 41 HR professionals.  She is a performance-driven professional with eighteen years of progressive Human Resource Management experience.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. 

Dani is currently on the La Crosse SHRM board, serving as the Programming Director.  She is also on the WISHRM Council serving as the Northwest District Director.  She has also served as the College Relations Chair, Certification Director, President-Elect, President, and Past President for La Crosse SHRM.  She has been a National SHRM member since 2014.  She is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Dani and her husband Adam and their two dogs, Lexi and Zoey, live in Holmen, WI.  They are also foster parents who enjoy their time with the kiddos that come to stay with them.  In their free time they enjoy hiking, hunting, camping, reading, playing board and card games, spending time with their dogs, doing family activities with their foster kids, and spending time with their family and friends.

District Director - Northeast
Pam Berkovitz, SHRM-CP
Bio:
Pam has been in the human capital business for over two decades. She is an experienced staffing executive, business partner and human resources professional. Demonstrating a proven history of successfully managing and supporting leaders, recruiting teams, business development and corporate members. She works closely with executive leadership to develop strategic hiring initiatives, employee development planning, compensation strategy and organizational development plans. As the HR Director, she executes on all business & human capital strategies for Master Fleet LLC.

Having devoted over 20 years to the staffing industry, which includes entrepreneurship with her own staffing business and a distinguished role as Vice-President in an Illinois-based Commercial & IT staffing company, she transitioned to the corporate sector as an Enterprise District Manager. In this role, she led a team of 30+ individuals and managed a substantial budget exceeding $32 million. Subsequently, she embraced a dedicated human resources role, leveraging her diverse experience to contribute to the success of a dynamic mid-sized business – Master Fleet LLC. Here, she holds a pivotal leadership position, leaving a tangible imprint on talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and overall business strategy.

Pam's commitment to the field extends beyond her professional roles. She has actively served on the Board of Directors for Green Bay Area SHRM, holding various key positions such as Past President, President, Programming Director, and Nominations Chair. Currently, she contributes to the WISHRM State Council as the Northeast WI State District Director. A National SHRM member since 2005, Pam's dedication is underscored by her educational achievements, including an MBA in Business with an HR concentration, bachelor's degrees in both Business and Marketing, and an associate degree in Marketing Communications. Furthermore, she is recognized as a certified SHRM-CP professional.

District Director - Northcentral
Katelyn Spanbauer, PHR

Bio:
Katelyn Spanbauer, SHRM-CP, PHR is a Human Resources Business Partner with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Information Technology. She has spent most of her career working within the manufacturing world before switching over to her public sector human resource’s role.

Katelyn has been a volunteer leader with SHRM since 2011, serving in the roles of Secretary, College Relations, President-elect, President, and current Past President. She enjoys the networking and friendships that she has gained throughout her involvement with SHRM and is thankful for the continued opportunity.

Katelyn received a BBA in Human Resource Management and Economics, as well as an emphasis in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
