This individual going to be the lead recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment such as job postings/job descriptions, applicant flow (ATS),
sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding along with planning, developing, recommending, and implementing recruitment strategies.

Position:  Human Resources Recruiter      

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment effort for exempt and non-exempt personnel (excluding managerial levels and above); and helps coordinate the use of temporary employees.
  • Maintains Application Tracking System records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Analyze recruiting data and reports, making recommendations of recruiting budget. 
  • Assists in new employee onboarding; administers pre-employment tasks.
  • Planning, developing, community outreach (DEI), and overall strategy.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends learning/development seminars.
  • Organizes and executes the bridge between candidate and department relationships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs; make recommendations on the top candidates for in-person interviews.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.  Excellent organizational skills with prior experience with an ATS database preferred. 
Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2 -3 years talent acquisition / full cycle recruitment experience in a high volume fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS)
  • Familiarity with Office applications, like Word and Excel, as well as popular social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, are a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience and education.
     

Employment Term:  Regular

Employment Type:  Full Time

Work Hours (i.e. shift):  Consistent Schedule Five Days Per Week

Flexibility to work at all Aqua Finance, Inc. offices (Wausau & Schofield)

Starting Wage: Based on Experience
