Description:

Responsibilities: 
1.    Partners with HR management team to communicate and administer various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations for all company personnel.
2.    Responsibility for Leave of Absence Management and Short Term Disability program 
3.    Point of contact and decision making on ADAA, ergonomics and work place safety requests. 
4.    Creation and management of proactive workplace safety and ergonomic programs 
5.    Creates training and education for management on the topics of FMLA, ADAA, ergonomics and workplace safety. 
6.    Manages Worker Compensation and creates HR centered process flow. 
7.    Primary manager of organizational Total Wellbeing Program. 
8.    Creates annual strategic Total Wellbeing plans and ensures programming execution.
9.    Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility. 
10.    Assists in the development and management of business process flow in the HRIS related to areas of responsibility. 
11.    Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
12.    Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
13.    Oversees the HR Generalist –Total Rewards, and the HR Coordinator.
14.    Comply with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including BSA.
15.    Performs other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:  
1.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2.    A minimum of 5 years of experience required. Background in LOA and ADAA is required 
3.    Prior experience in corporate wellness or wellbeing desired 
4.    Ability to analyze situations and solve problems.
5.    Ability to positively influence change and provide leadership in adapting to changing business needs.
6.    Strong rapport building capabilities and relationship management skills required.
7.    Must be able to plan and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
8.    Must be self-motivated with the ability to independently prioritize projects and work under tight deadlines.
9.    Position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
