Description: Job title     Corporate Total Rewards Manager

Job purpose:
The Corporate Total Rewards Manager is responsible for proposing, designing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive total rewards strategy for the entire company across the United States and Canada to attract, motivate, retain, and reward team members. Total rewards include all benefit, compensation, and recognition & rewards programs that are valued by our team members. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for an ongoing comprehensive and effective communication campaign related to all programs that assist employees in maximizing their reward programs.

Duties and responsibilities:
•    Design the ongoing total rewards strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains, and rewards team members at all levels and locations of the company.
•    Leads the implementation and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition & reward programs that are legally compliant and are valued by our team members.
•    Analyzes internal and external data, including but not limited to team member satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, compensation management software, best practices, tax and regulatory requirements, and other market data, to make program recommendations.
•    Responsible for the payroll process for the U.S. and Canada. Ensure timely, accuracy, and legal compliance.
•    Designs and manages compensation programs that are fair, consistent, and market competitive including salary structures, pay increase methods, job classification, compensation policies, and new hire pay guidelines.
•    Oversees the implementation and administration of all benefits plans including but not limited to, health, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness.
•    Oversees the planning of wellness activities in all locations such as health fairs, biometrics screening, and wellness activities.
•    Collaborates with our selected benefit broker to present benefit options that are cost effective for the company and valued by team members. Coordinates and oversees annual and new hire benefit enrollment including programming of the online benefit enrollment system.
•    Administers the retirement plan and assists in the annual audit of the plan.
•    Oversees annual performance management program as applicable in conjunction with employment specialists to ensure timely and consistent application and administers appropriate compensation adjustments.
•    Plan, design, and implement incentive plans to reward pre-established key performance indicators.
•    Manages vendor relationships related to benefits ensuring that the company is receives good quality and timely support. Makes recommendation for relationship changes when expectations fall short.
•    Produces, interprets and presents data analytics to evaluate cost and utilization on all programs.
•    Coordinates the continuous communication strategy of company total rewards including annual Total Rewards statements, regular benefits education, and introductory benefits information for prospective team members.
•    Provides job description evaluations for new jobs and on a regularly established schedule to establish pay and exempt status placement ensuring legal compliance and internal equity.
•    Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct reports.
•    Oversees the administration of the Employee Tuition Reimbursement program.
•    Manages an ongoing audit process to ensure accurate and timely data entry of benefits on employee records. Oversees monthly insurance reconciliations process.

Qualifications:
•    Advanced knowledge of Human Resources or Total Reward Program normally acquired by the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or similar field; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education.
•    Professional Human Resources certification highly desirable (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, CCP, CBP, etc.)
•    Five to Seven years of Compensation and Benefits experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting highly desirable.
•    Previous experience providing leadership of high-performance team, across multiple locations is ideal.
•    Excellent analytical skills, experience translating data points and insights.
•    Strong decision-making and presentation skills to effectively execute job requirements.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with HRIS desirable (ADP preferred)
•    Previous experience leading a team of Human Resources professionals ideal.

•    Ability to travel to other business locations periodically

Physical requirements:
•    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and repetitive motion working at a computer.
•    Frequent walking, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing, reaching and bending.

Direct reports:
•    Supervises approximately 2-3 people.
