| Description: | DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY-OWNED COOPERATIVE Welcome to the Willy Street Co-op! We’ve served the Madison area since the 1970’s. We’re mission-driven and believe in being economically and environmentally sustainable, providing fairly priced goods and services while also supporting local and organic suppliers, and being an employer of choice in Madison. Our co-op has five locations: three retail stores, a production kitchen and an administrative office. Of our staff of 400, 335 are represented by UE. This is a salaried full-time position starting at $68,000 depending on qualifications. Required Experience:
