Description: | Overview: The Management and Human Resources Department of the College of Business, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh anticipates hiring a full-time lecturer effective September 1, 2020. The primary teaching responsibilities would be in the area of human resource management for the undergraduate and graduate programs. Teaching is the primary mission of UW Oshkosh. Full-time lecturers must maintain professional qualifications necessary for accreditation. Full-time lecturers are expected to participate in service activities for the department and college (e.g., advising student clubs, curriculum development, etc.). Job Summary: Facilitates classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction and may participate in instructional development and design for human resources and general management courses to support the delivery of quality instruction. Provides for-credit instruction in formats such as classroom, online and/or laboratory settings, including grading at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Serves as an instructor of record. Engages in professional development and provides service to the department and college. Job Duties:
