Summer is in full swing with grills sizzling, bands marching and the second half of 2023 well under way. As we appreciate the initiatives and programs that our very dedicated and hard-working Chapters throughout Wisconsin have shared with us, there are many more to come…just as impactful to all HR Professionals. All members who want to share good food and great learning can attend our Volunteer Leader Conference in Fond du Lac on August 3rd & 4th. Jenny Locanthi, SHRM Field Service Rep will provide insight into the SHRM structure and give us an overview as well as participate in a panel discussion. Registration is currently open but it’s limited so sign-up today!
The next opportunity to share in the excitement of WI SHRM is at our 2023 State Conference on October 11-13, at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The conference committee will again offer a hybrid event, with both in-person and virtual experiences. Whether you attend virtually, in-person, or a combination of both, there will be a variety of sessions to increase your HR knowledge and provide credits toward certification or re-certification. Thank you to all our volunteers for their time and talents in planning these events…it is truly appreciated.
