WI SHRM Diversity Award Nominations Closes This Month
We are less than a month away from closing the nominations for this year’s WI SHRM Diversity Award. Don’t forget to submit and have all the great diversity work your team is doing recognized at our State Conference in October at the Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
The winner is always a company or organization that demonstrates organizational achievements in diversity and inclusion, as well as being an organization who has been a role model in their local community as a strong advocate for diversity.
We look for an organization that is a pioneer, leading innovative initiatives to make their workforce feel included, that their diverse backgrounds contribute to the organization’s competitive advantage and the work is accomplished in flexible ways that create an effective environment.
If you or your organization is doing the work and has a great story to tell, we strongly encourage you to submit a nomination.

All nominations are due on or by August 15, 2021.
It is the intent of the Wisconsin SHRM State Council to recognize and share these best practices so other organizations can learn and benefit from the shared knowledge.
