December 2017 State Director Message
Hello Everyone!
It's time for our last meeting of 2017! Thank you to everyone for your commitment and dedication to our HR profession. You have each played a key role doing your part in making an impact and a difference throughout our organizations! I really appreciated hearing your voice, whether it was participating in our meetings, survey, strategic panning day or leadership conference. Together, we will build a stronger HR profession
For our last meeting of the year, we’d like you to come prepared to discuss the impact on talent in Wisconsin with the growth of new business impacting Southeast Wisconsin, specifically Foxconn. How will this impact businesses, skill development, talent shortage, etc., and is there a potential role for us to play as a WISHRM organization?
Also, come prepared with the name of a future potential WI SHRM council or conference committee volunteer (maybe it’s you!) We have openings on the Council for the following positions:
- Treasurer-elect
- Leadership Director-elect
- College Relations Director-elect
