WI SHRM Foundation Update
It was great to see so many of you at the WI State conference October 12th through the 14th. As the Foundation Director this year I was excited to see all of the silent auction baskets and the creativity! Thank you for those that placed a bid and took a chance and for those that came out victorious! The silent auction raised $3,420, that is incredible and so much appreciated. I hope everyone was happy with their winnings.
The SHRM Foundation mobilizes the power of HR for positive social change in the workplace. It is a lot like our research and development, it has robust resources, meaningful partnership, and evidence-based programming to educate and empower HR professionals. This allows us to hire diverse talent, build inclusive workplaces, prioritize workplace mental health and wellness, develop, and support the next generation of HR professionals and finally help our employees find purpose at work and beyond.
