Human Resources Services Manager
Your passion for human resources will be well matched at Wisconsin’s largest physician group that provides primary and specialty care throughout UW Health clinics. You’ll be a valued member of our “Remarkable” team by:

Managing the human resources operations responsible for the functions of recruitment, compensation and benefit administration, employee-employer relations, job coaching and labor law compliance

Managing the human resources staff that support the functions which serve as the foundation for employees throughout the employment life-cycle
-
Being responsible for the creation and coordination of effective and competitive processes and programs which align UWMF’s human resources strategy with overall business plans and objectives
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (experience will be considered in lieu of educational background)
-
3-5 years of experience designing and administering human resource programs required
-
3-5 years of supervisory/management experience required
-
Effective oral and written communication and human relation skills required to develop rapport, communicate and work with diverse constituencies at all levels of the organization
-
Ability to think systemically in order to develop and analyze options, recommend solutions to and solve complex situations
