| Description: | Come and join our team with the City of Green Bay as a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist works closely with City departments performing a variety of work in the areas of recruitment and selection, compensation and reorganization studies, employee relations, policy review and development, and employee training. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration or a related field and 1-3 years of HR administration work, or the equivalent. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification desired.
