As part of our Human Resources team, the Benefits Coordinator has an integral role in maintaining employee benefit records and processing accurate billing.  North Central Group, owners and operators of quality hotels, has a continuing tradition of being a premier employer in our industry and in the markets in which we serve.  In this role, the Benefits Coordinator will partner with leaders and managers across our company providing high touch and high quality service and support in all benefits administration.
 
Job Responsibilities include:
·         Oversee benefits administration activities including maintaining benefits module in Ceridian Dayforce
·         Coordinate monthly benefit enrollment process and respond to employee benefit questions
·         Process monthly insurance billings for proper coding and payment
·         Comply with benefit notices to the government and employees
·         Oversee ACA compliance
·         Act as human resources liaison between benefit carriers and Ceridian to maintain benefit carrier feeds
·         Assist with processing biweekly payroll for our 29 hotels using Ceridian Dayforce and be payroll back-up to the HR Generalist
·         Perform maintenance of employee benefit and payroll records
·         Complete verification of employment requests
·         Maintain and submit required Work Opportunity Tax Credit forms to our third party vendor
 
Benefits Coordinator Job Requirements
·         Two-year degree in human resources, business or related field
·         Two years of benefits administration experience
·         Experience working with a HRIS for benefits management and online records management

·         Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
·         Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
·         Strong attention to detail
·         Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
·         Reliability and honesty
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
·         Teamwork
