Description: Marshfield Clinic Health System is expanding to provide hospital services at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, Wisconsin, in 2016!

The Compensation Analyst works in conjunction with the Director of Compensation & Benefits as a key resource for the compensation programs of Marshfield Clinic Health Systems (MCHS). This individual plays a significant role in helping MCHS compensation programs stay competitive with the market to support the recruitment and retention of high quality staff. The Compensation Analyst monitors and audits internal pay equity and is a resource to recruiters and managers on determining appropriate pay level for job offers and internal equity pay reviews.
 
 
Requires:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
  • Certified Compensation Profession (CCP) designation obtained through WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals is preferred
  • Three years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs in a hospital/healthcare environment
  • Working knowledge of government laws and compliance relating to wage and hour programs. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS programs
  • Experience in the analysis, design and administration of hospital compensation programs preferred. Familiarity with Workday HRIS program desired
