WI SHRM State Conference October 9-11, 2024 Activities Information
	Wednesday Evening Event in Exhibit Hall Get ready to mingle Wednesday evening in the exhibit hall as we kick off this year's events.  This is a fun and interactive opportunity to mingle with the exhibitors as you find ten different wristbands to either wear or clip to your lanyard.  After finding all of the wristbands, check in by the raffle drum to enter your name to win one of our many exciting prizes. Remember, you must be present to win!
	Thursday Events  Conference education sessions are followed by breaks to allow time to visit (and thank) conference sponsors, visit the exhibit hall booths and bid on valuable silent auction items to benefit the SHRM Foundation. Thursday Activity: It’s time for some black-out Bingo!  Grab your Bingo card as you enter the Exhibit Hall on Thursday morning and start mingling with the exhibitors.  For this activity, you will be asked to find twenty stickers, each connected to the exhibitor's industry or profession.  Once you have collected all twenty stickers, be sure to stop by the raffle drum to enter your name to win one of the drawing prizes.  Must be present at the time of the drawing to win.     Thursday Dinner & Entertainment  After a full day of sessions and mingling in the exhibit hall, be sure to join us Thursday evening following dinner for Music Bingo hosted by FunPros.  Think Bingo with a twist on it!   If you have never experienced Music Bingo, it is a truly fun and engaging experience.  The Bingo DJ’s will play a song, and it’s up to you to identify the song title from the lyrics and cross it off on your board.  The first person to fill the board in the directed format wins!   If you have no desire to play, that’s OK; come and stay with us for networking, laughter, and music.
