THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Manage all aspects of the Human Resources functions to include: talent acquisition, retention and engagement of team members, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and employee development, policy and procedure creation implementation, payroll, Safety, HRIS and timekeeping system, equal employment opportunity and special projects.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR Generalist and Leadership experience (experience in manufacturing highly preferred)

Self-starter, team player, knowledge of applicable employment laws.

Forward thinker with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

Strong project management skills and ability to resolve problems and promote a team environment.
