ABOUT US
We are Promega: an international bio-tech company made up of scientists and non-scientists, with over 4000 high quality products that have been sparking inspiration and discovery in science for over 40 years. We support scientists researching life and disease, pharma companies developing new treatments, forensic labs matching DNA from crime scenes and clinical labs running and confirming health tests – and that’s just the beginning. Just this past year, we provided our technologies to support COVID-19 testing and research.

CULTURE & COMMUNITY
We challenge ourselves to improve the communities we operate in a little bit every day. To create an open, inviting and inclusive culture. To foster a work environment where collaborative givers, continuous learners and ambitious go-getters thrive.

OUR TEAM:
The Community of Belonging (COB), DEI Program Manager is part of the Human Resources Team. We are champions of culture and values, working hands-on side by side with leaders and employees across the organization. HR initiatives are developed with a focus on putting people, culture and values first. This requires big thinking, using data to guide the work, being comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinventing how work is done.

Our leaders value career and personal development, which may include opportunities to pilot new HR programs/projects, attend conferences or training, or take on new responsibilities within the team and company. We are motivated to ensure employee engagement, evolve culture and values, and make Promega a destination employer. Your journey at Promega has countless opportunities to make a difference while working with an amazing team and having a GREAT time doing it!

YOUR ROLE:
As the Community of Belonging (COB), DEI Program Manager, you will implement and manage programs, projects and action plans that promote and support a diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) workplace. This may include acting as a HR Business Partner/Generalist, Talent Acquisition Partner and/or Training Specialist. In addition, you will develop strategic partnerships with diverse groups and communities to support the overall DEI program, as well as Promega’s culture and values. Some projects will require you to work with colleagues to complete complex objectives, while other projects will let you work autonomously to complete your goals. As a member of our team, you will play an active role in leading team initiatives that will direct our DEI journey.
