We have assembled a group of ten top-tier HR speakers, and we are submitting for 17.0 recertification credits. This exceptional event will take place on a five-night cruise aboard the magnificent Royal Caribbean Explorer of the Seas, setting sail from Port Canaveral, Florida (east of Orlando), from March 16-21, 2026, with two ports of call: Perfect Day at Coco Cay and Nassau, Bahamas.
The conference format presents attendees with a “surf and turf” concept: four 1.25-credit-hour weekly pre-cruise webinars (turf) are followed by ten hours of onboard learning (surf), which take place in the ship’s Conference Center during two sailing days. This unique format fosters a setting that encourages networking with fellow HR professionals and conference speakers throughout the cruise, creating long-lasting connections.
