Leading the Way and Driving Change! 2023 Leadership Conference Recap
Thank you to everyone who attended this year's Volunteer Leader conference in August, held at the impressive Hotel Retlaw in Fond du Lac.
We had 98 Volunteer leaders and six sponsors from around the state join us for this year's programs, speakers, and networking.
Each year, the Volunteer Leader Conference allows our attendees to learn best practices, engage in problem-solving for their chapters, and learn from other volunteers in the field. This year's programs included building and engaging membership, social media, chapter programming, and more. We also had the pleasure of hearing two powerful keynotes. Rob Lawless led us in conversation about The Untapped Value of Human Connection, and Anna Nielsen provided a workshop on Conflict Capable Leadership.
Rounding out our programs was recognition of this year's award winners. They included:
