The School District of Elmbrook is a top-tier public school district consisting of two high schools, two middle schools, five elementary schools and a special education cooperative. The Human Resources Generalist assists with key responsibilities related to the successful talent acquisition, onboarding, employment, and offboarding of staff members, while ensuring an exceptional employee experience for all.

This is full time, year round position. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred; minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience required.

PHR/SPHR/pHCLE certification preferred.
