Reflecting and Moving Forward!

Remember March? We were just learning about COVID and really had no idea how our world and the workforce would change so dramatically. As HR professionals, we had to adjust, quickly and creatively. None of this has been easy but we had to do what was necessary to move forward. Now, 9 months later, we are still adjusting and being creative and quite frankly, reflecting on how many things will not go back to normal. How do we keep the pace, how do we change our practices, how do I gain further support? As HR professionals, what got you through the curves of this windy road?
