About WISHRM

The SHRM Foundation together with the support of it’s members accomplished big things in 2016.  232 Scholarships were awarded, the first workplace inclusion initiative, Preparing for the Aging Workforce was introduced, 11 research-based HR solutions/reports were published and the first military veteran scholarship was awarded. Our funds helped to make these efforts possible and is used to empower HR professionals and students.

In 2017 the SHRM Foundation has a new mission and vision refocused on the needs of its members. The SHRM Foundation will launch the second inclusive workplace initiative: Engaging and Integrating Military Veterans, award 220 certification scholarships, 43 academic scholarships and 34 professional development scholarships.
