The State of Wisconsin is offering resources and virtual hiring events for recently dislocated (laid off) Federal Workers. Below is a series of links and information about the events taking place in April.

State of Wisconsin Career and Resource Fair
The State of Wisconsin will be hosting eight different industry specific virtual hiring events! Job seekers can register to attend a virtual hiring event with valuable information about current open positions, the job application process, compensation and benefits, and testimony from experts in the field. Job seekers can attend one or multiple sessions.
The virtual hiring event schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, April 9, 2025
10:00am - 12:00pm; Healthcare
1:00pm - 3:00pm; Information Technology
Thursday, April 10, 2025
10:00 am - 12:00pm; Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Corrections and Security
1:00pm - 3:00pm; Science and Research
Tuesday, April 15, 2025
10:00am - 12:00pm Engineering
1:00 - 3:00pm Social Services
Tuesday, April 16, 2025
10:00 am - 12:00pm; Maintenance/Mechanical
1:00pm - 3:00pm; Finance/Accounting and Related Services
HOW TO REGISTER:
1.) Click the blue Register for Event button.
2.) Enter your email and create a password specific to Premier Virtual.
3.) Follow the additional steps through the set-up wizard to complete the registration.
4.) Upon completion, you will receive an email from Premier Virtual that contains the event link to access the event during your preferred virtual hiring event date and time(s).

On the day of the event, sign in to Premier Virtual with the login you created.
Click into the correct date and time of your preferred event and industry.
Click into the State of Wisconsin booth.
Click Live Webinar to move into the Microsoft TEAMS meeting.
