EK is growing and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to add to our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description creation and candidate assessment.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and extend job offers.

Assist with onboarding activities and collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a focus on bilingual recruitment.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is preferred.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
