Description: Madison College is seeking an energetic and experienced talent acquisition professional who is passionate for finding the best talent for the College and who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced leadership environment. The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) oversees the development of high performance recruitment processes and methodologies, which ensure that positions at Madison College are filled with high quality candidates while meeting talent acquisition key performance indicators (KPI’s). This includes ensuring that the recruitment process is streamlined, effective and productive, and that recruitment customer service experience is excellent for hiring managers, job applicants and other stakeholders. This position manages the national and regional recruitment process for the College.

The person in this role must be highly energetic, a risk taker, adventurous, creative, innovative and an out of the box thinker with the ability to multitask and driven to succeed. Must have the ability to travel.

Salary: $80,282-$100,352

Essential Duties
1. Directly manages a team of professional recruiters and staff responsible for college-wide talent acquisition.
2. Develops and provides talent acquisition scorecards and analytics to drive talent strategies based on data. 
(Cost per hire, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.)
3. Provides strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of Madison College’s Recruitment strategy.
4. Establishes and maintains contacts with national and regional third party sources to build a pipeline of candidates. Attends national and regional job fairs as needed.
5. Monitors market trends and conducts industry benchmarking. Works closely with the compensation and benefits department in order to make sure that compensation ranges remain competitive in the recruiting marketplace.
6. Promotes excellence in internal and external customer service by maintaining consistent and timely communication regarding all facets of departmental activities.
7. Coordinates recruiting-related training through the Director of Training & Professional Development. Trainings can include interviewing skills, EEO awareness, etc;
8. Develops and oversees Madison College’s employment branding to attract a diverse and highly qualified candidates.
9. Develops and maintains an excellent understanding of business needs to ensure that talent hired meets the business needs of the College.
10. Sets and oversees the social media communication strategy for recruitment.

Qualifications 
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing or a closely related field.
2. Seven years of experience in full life cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization. Four years of experience in the private or corporate sector desired.
