The E-Learning Instructional Designer is responsible for the creation of custom illustration, animation, graphic design and multimedia presentations that seamlessly integrate with e-learning systems.  It acts as courseware developer, providing design and programming support for the development of asynchronous online learning courses.

This position collaborates with Talent Development team members, project sponsors and IT technical staff.  This position also researches, evaluates, and recommends new online learning methodologies and technologies.
