The HRBP is both a strategic and tactical position that provies full-cycle human resources partnership to our Supply Chain and Product Development teams. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer ssupport and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. This position is located at our DeForest, WI location. High level accountabilities include:
The successful candidate will have Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field, along with 3-5 years of HR experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance managment, change management and talent development. Knowledge of HR laws and application is required. Prior experience working a matrixed organization and/or a multi-state, or regional environment is a plus. Willingness for occassional business-related travel is required.
