Pamela J. Green is a champion for HR Professionals.A business leader herself for over 25 years, with 16of those years spent leading Human Resources departments.She pulls on these experiences in everything she setsher heart and mind to do - especially when conductingpresentations and writing. Pam just published her firstbook, a career roadmap for human resource professionalson how to thrive as a 21st century HR Leader titledLead, Achieve and Succeed in HR.

Before going into Association Management where she now serves as Vice President, for US Membership, for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Pamela served as the top HR Leader in organizations such HeadStart and the American Red Cross, and served as a business leader in a variety of roles in the healthcare field. She also holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio where she was born and raised.

SHRM is the world’s largest association devoted to serving the human resource professional and advancing the human resource profession. SHRM’s mission is to be the global HR professional association that will provide thought leadership, education, and research to human resource professionals, media, government, non-governmental organizations, businesses and academic institutions to share expertise and create innovative solutions on people management issues.

Pam considers herself a “dabbler” in social media, a “lightweight” blogger, and has she been quoted by local and national publications. Pamela has served the community in many capacities including serving on a host of boards and speaking across the country at national events. Now residing in the beautiful city of Bowie, Maryland she prefers to spend her down time with her husband, son and their pet Boxer, Sasha!

BIO:
Tom Revnew is a shareholder with the law firm of Seaton, Peters & Revnew. He represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including union avoidance, unfair labor practices, workers' compensation, drug testing, privacy issues, OSHA compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, employment discrimination, unemployment compensation, personnel policies and employee handbooks, restrictive covenants, hiring, discipline and discharge and other general employment issues. Mr. Revnew is a frequent trainer and lecturer on the topics of discipline and discharge, safety and health issues in the workplace, employment discrimination and labor law issues.

Mr. Revnew is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the District of Minnesota, the District of Colorado, and the Western District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bars of Wisconsin and Minnesota, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He is also the past President of the St. Croix Valley Employers’ Association.

Prior to moving to the Twin Cities in March 2000, Mr. Revnew practiced at Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. in its Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, where he engaged in all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Revnew has contributed articles to various trade magazines and to the Wisconsin Employer, the Minnesota Employer, The Wisconsin Employment Law Manual and The D.O.T. Drug and Alcohol Testing Handbook.

Mr. Revnew is a 1994 graduate of Marquette University Law School where he served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review and was the national runner-up in the Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition. Mr. Revnew received his undergraduate degree in business administration with honors from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1991.

Rick Olson is considered one of the foremost communicators in the business world. He has spoken to over 1,000,000 people worldwide. His diverse talents have allowed him to speak to crowds as large as 40,000 as well as conduct staff training for very small companies.

Rick Olson Seminars was founded in 1992 for the express purpose of elevating organizations through people development. Rick has spoken in all 50 states, presenting convention keynotes, training staff and management personnel, and consulting companies through times of change.

Rick has written training manuals on sales and customer service. Motivational articles by Rick are available for company newsletters. He is presently working on a new book.

Prior to his business speaking, Rick spent the decade of the 80's doing youth leadership development across the nation.
