Biography: | CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES AT HNI Patricia is responsible for helping clients develop and implement employer sponsored care delivery systems and other wellness initiatives. She proactively works with clients to drive continuous improvements in the health of their employee populations and the culture of wellness in their companies. Her areas of engagement range from awareness, to education, to behavior change activities. EXPERIENCE Patricia has over 25 years of experience in health care and wellness. She has served in roles related to operations, administrative oversight, and compliance for many national and multi-location companies. Most recently, she worked as a consultant developing recommendations for clients interested in providing onsite health care clinics.
