Biography:Jeff has more than 25 years experience in human resources. He has worked at companies that specialize in manufacturing, construction, textiles and software development. During his entire career he has worked to recruit, retain and develop employees, at all levels, at companies including ConAgra Foods, industrial equipment supplier SPX, and automotive retailer Midas International, and more.

Jeff runs his own company, Human Asset Management LLC, which helps organizations to recruit, engage, develop and retain their best people. He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a frequent speaker on the topic of retention, engagement, and recruitment to human resources departments, associations and business groups. In the late 1800s the dusty streets of Dodge City, Kansas were full of adventure and peril as the final stopping point for the cattle drives from Texas. Decisions were often blurred, hasty and irrational. Lawmen like Wyatt and Virgil Earp were needed to keep the peace. Sound like some of the places you have worked?
