Biography: | Dr. Victor Schueller is an executive coach, speaker, and author and is known as a highly-sought-after communication health expert. Dr. Schueller has authored two popular books on self development and dealing with negativity, criticism, and conflict. Program Overview: | One of the most common reasons why employees choose to leave their current employer is because of their relationship with their supervisor. What happens when you keep losing employees or they are threatening to leave because they can't seem to get along with one particular supervisor? Maybe you're at a crossroads, because you know that valuable and key employees are leaving, but you can't cut ties with the "problem" supervisor, because they are invaluable to the organization. It's just that they lack the healthy communication skills to manage their relationships with their subordinates. What do you do? Do you try to manage the situation in house? Or, do you consider turning to a third-party coach to help fix the situation? Many seemingly irreparable negative employee relationships can be salvaged through coaching. Best practices for selecting, hiring, and working with a coach will be addressed in this session. |
