Description: | This position provides advanced professional personnel management services in the Department-wide administration of the agency’s complex compensation program. This position serves as technical advisor/consultant to all Region 2 BHR sections on compensation issues; performs special studies and research assignments to assess program effectiveness; provides complex personnel services to employing units, and provides specialized assistance to the Director and Section Chief. This position will work collaboratively with the Division of Personnel Management in the coordination of Department-wide personnel management compensation surveys/compensation plan reviews. Additionally, this position will provide staffing services to a limited number of employing units, including consultation on rules, procedures and methods for filling positions and recommending the most appropriate and efficient recruitment and staffing methods. This position works closely with the Department’s Classification Analyst and also serves as the Classification Analyst in the absence of that position. Apply online at: https://wj.wi.gov/7812 |
