This position is responibile for the recruitment and selection process across all departments. Duties include Recruit, interview and participate in the selection of employees.Identify, design and coordinate ad placement of job postings for open positions.  This includes internal postings, web based postings, social media and print advertising. Coordinates and attends job fairs.Facilitate strong relationships  and utilize recruitment resources such as DWD, Job Center and Worksmart. Partner with hiring managers across all departments to create and maintain long term relationships.

Bachelor degree preferred, Human Resource Management desired. Equivalent experience considered. Two years’ experience in the recruitment & selection discipline of Human Resources. Prefer manufacturing environment, or any similar combination of education and experience.
