| Description: | ***Consider joining a growing Brush Manufacturer and help take us to the next level in our industry*** The Director of Human Resources will report to the President/CEO. - Nurturing a positive work environment and fostering the Tanis culture - Developing a Leadership program for all to follow - Ability to hire an HR Generalist immediately to build up their own team to support the Company and Department objectives - Ensuring legal compliance throughout HR Management - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage company staffing plans, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process - Manage succession planning of staff - Bridging managagment and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues - Maintaining compensation plans and benefits program - Play role on our Executive Team and help support a great team focused on growing together |
