Description: | The Production Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in recruiting for all direct labor manufacturing job opportunities at RenewAire, to include, but not limited to: Commercial Technicians, Residential Technicians, HVACR electrical controls technicians, and fabrication technicians, for all shifts.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities:

Review and Triage all RenewAire direct applications for production positions in ATS (Clearcompany)
-
Follow up with, and assist Production Applicants in completing the application and RenewAire recruitment process
-
Conduct phone screens, meet metrics goals determined in concert with Associate HRBP
-
Review, Track, and Screen candidates submitted by agency partners
-
Perform Initial contact and screening with production candidates received through other means including Social Media (RenewAire Facebook) and referrals
-
Conduct reference checks for production candidates as needed
-
Send interview confirmation emails and additional information to candidates as needed (documents may include: RenewAire Covid-19 policy information, flag (work hours) schedules, benefits information)

Competently, professionally, accurately, and enthusiastically communicate information to production candidates about RenewAire company and culture

Respond to candidates in a time-sensitive manner

Comply with all local, state and federal regulations and laws to include, but not limited to: ADA, EEOC, HIPAA, and OSHA.

Always maintain professional image and confidentiality of all company records and information.
Other Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews in concert with Associate HRBP and Operations Management
-
Assist in communications with Staffing Agency Partners this may include weekly updates on open positions, screening process, and offer information
-
Send rejection emails and disposition applications with correct rejection codes in a timely manner

Applicant Tracking System Maintenance and Improvements. May include:
-
Adding new managers to the ATS
-
Updating Department fields
-
Troubleshooting issues
-
Make suggestions/implement additional reporting tools in concert with Associate HRBP
Other Sourcing and Screening Improvement Projects, As assigned and as time allows:

Research and Proposals for aptitude assessments
-
Planning/Coordinating video content for production recruitment in concert with relevant HR and Operations partners
-
Find new ways to grow production candidate pipeline: may include participation in remote job fairs, researching new job boards and advertising opportunities, coordinating relationship building between RenewAire and other organizations

Research and make recommendations for recruitment process surveys and feedback forms

Other special projects and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Previous recruitment and/or interviewing experience preferred
-
Proven relationship building skills
-
Skills in database management and record keeping.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
-
Work experience requiring advanced written and verbal communications skills preferred
