SHRM Foundation Certification Scholarships
Congratulations to
Karla Dickson, Chippewa Valley SHRM! She is the winner of the
Inaugural 2016 SHRM Foundation WISHRM Scholarship Award. Karla is the President-Elect of the Chippewa Valley SHRM chapter. She works as a Human Resource Generalist / Benefits Specialist for Mega Coop in Eau Claire, WI.
Eight other Wisconsin SHRM members have been awarded additional 2016 SHRM Foundation Certification Scholarships:

The WISHRM Certification Scholarship, worth $750, is sponsored by our WISHRM state council and awarded to one SHRM national member who lives or works in the State of Wisconsin and who is preparing to sit for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification exam. In addition to this Wisconsin-only certification scholarship, SHRM members are also eligible for one of the other hundreds of SHRM scholarships available to HR professionals and students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees, SHRM certification, and professional development. By applying for one of these scholarships, you may be also considered for any and all scholarships for which you may be eligible.
Stay tuned for information on the upcoming spring 2017 application dates for the next SHRM Foundation Certification Scholarships including another WISHRM Certification Scholarship to be awarded in fall 2017.
In addition, SHRM professional chapters and state councils are eligible to compete for the certification scholarship to fund programs that promote HR certification. - See more at:
