Description: The HRIS Analyst will work with business leaders to develop, redesign, and support the capabilities provided by Oracle Cloud and other applications within the HR portfolio, including data flow analysis, system configuration, data setup, and recommendations to implement new features and/or functions.

SELECT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages application configuration and makes changes to resolve configuration issues or makes changes in configuration to support business processes.
  • Creates and maintains custom reports, dashboards, and notifications as needed to analyze data issues, provide ad hoc reports, or solve system issues.
  • Partners with the IT team to identify, test, and resolve issues related to interfaces.
  • Directly supports release management and testing functions including development of application, regression and performance test plans and scripts, and coordination of user acceptance testing. Conducts testing as needed.
  • Performs day-to-day operation, monitoring and maintenance, functionality, and coordination of HR systems.
  • Partners with IT, Security, and other business teams in the maintenance and configuration of integrated HR systems including setup, data, and process reviews and audits. Complies with IT general controls.
  • Drives technical competence throughout HR to support self-sufficiency and ownership of data and systems. Educates others on the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by the system.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.
  • Five or more years of work experience performing any combination of designing, configuring, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion, HCM, and/or other HRIS systems.
  • Experience working with and supporting Oracle, HCM, or HRIS products to include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues with at least two years of experience working with and supporting Oracle Cloud preferred.
  • Experience working with Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Taleo, or Cornerstone Learning Management System is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrix reporting structure with highly collaborative teams is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Thorough functional knowledge of Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  • Expertise in SQL, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to deliver documentation for compliance and maintenance purposes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership or management from business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and planning through post-implementation support.
  • Strong ability to create positive and highly collaborative business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Comfortable working within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies and/or iterative product delivery preferred.
