The Compensation Analyst is responsible for development and administration of the compensation programs of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, consistent with the mission, values and policies of the organization. The incumbent functions as an integral member of the compensation team, consulting with management, and other members of the Human Resource staff. This position is involved in all aspects of the Compensation programs, including but not limited to development and administration of position descriptions, job evaluation and analysis, market evaluation, implementation of adjustments, and communications. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 Hours per week; Monday through Friday, hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
