Program Overview:Sole member HR departments are saddled with administrative tasks, while they often have the desire to participate at a more strategic level. At the same time, many sole department HR professionals have additional responsibilities moving the organization forward. Our program will provide tips at getting the administrative components completed – while looking at executive level skills as well. Looking at the HR function through the lens of the CEO is helpful to understand where you need to focus - and how to align your goals with those of the organization. We review vendor management and resources that can be accessed outside the organization with a limited budget. The program ends with the reality of what it takes to be a great HR department of one.
