Program Overview: | Many organizations are struggling to identify and develop future leaders. Traditional methods of managers selecting potential leaders are no longer effective. Given the flat, inclusive demands of today’s marketplace, designing leadership development with self-selection criteria rather than manager nomination criteria allows more people to opt in earlier, giving you bigger pools of talent to develop. This is what Millennials want: a chance to succeed on merit rather than tenure and title; and to put themselves into the pool. |
