Biography: | Mike Weber earned his degree at Cornell University while selling books door-to-door with Southwestern Advantage. In 1993, he founded Southwestern Consulting’s Leadership Institute with a passion for equipping people with the skills and attitudes to excel in today’s dynamic world. Program Overview: | In Mike's keynote program, audience members interact in teamÂbuilding and thoughtÂprovoking exercises to break out of their boundaries and become more effective within their organization. To achieve this goal, Mike provides strategies on how to Recognize the rules, Analyze how they are holding us back, Redesign new rules that will be more effective, Incorporate the new rules into our routine, and Reinforce the new rules through communication and team feedback. Mike believes that individuals learn best when they're involved in the learning process, not being talked at. Through games and small group action development, workshop participants will learn to break the Unwritten Rules through a shift of perspective and ultimately become more effective team members within their organizations. |
