Description: |
The Human Resources Coordinator performs a variety of administrative functions within the department including payroll, benefits and HRIS maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Process Improvements: Provides administrative leadership with payroll and benefits. Supports the HR Team with employee engagement, performance management, and more. Analyzes and recommends improvements of HR processes and programs.

HRIS, Metrics, and Reports Management: Oversees the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Maintains and updates employee records and ensures data accuracy for preparation of HR metrics and reports.

Compliance: Demonstrates an understanding of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices. Provides administrative leadership with annual filings and audits.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Certifications and/or Licenses: PHR or SHRM-CP certification, preferred.
Relevant Experience & Training:

1-3 years’ progressive HR experience.

Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Excel and Word, and working knowledge of database programs; HRIS and ATS proficient.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with all levels of management and administration.

Demonstrated ability to recommend process improvements.
