The City of Green Bay is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks in all areas of Human Resources Administration.  Work involves all aspects of the hiring process, conducting employee training programs, serving on employee committees, compensation/reorganization studies and labor relations activities.  Provides guidance and support to department heads/managers.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week) plus additional hours as needed.

 

Hiring Range: $49,441-$55,348/Annually  (Salary is dependent upon qualifications).
