Auburn Ridge, a custom cabinet and millwork company supplying quality building products to builders, is  seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team! As an integral member of the HR team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, benefits administration, safety and wellness initiatives, employee relations, leadership coaching, policy and procedure development and administration, performance management, and compensation. You will also have the opportunity to create new programs that continue our dedication to enhancing employee loyalty.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and HRIS systems. Key candidate attributes also include attention to detail, self-starter, strong planning and time management skills, consistency, a sense of urgency and the proven desire to exceed expectations. A bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field and PHR certification preferred, plus 4-6 years of previous HR experience.
