Description:	Provides HR Support to Sales, Distribution and Warehousing organizations throughout the country through: Serving as a business partner and consultant to leadership team in matters of interpretation of Federal & State employment laws, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Providing HR Support, work direction and policy/procedure interpretation and implementation at various distributor, showroom and warehouse locations. Providing HRIS system administration. Managing full recruitment cycle including talent sourcing, acquisition and onboarding. Conduct training workshops as needed. Successful candidate will possess: Bachelors Degree in HR Management or related field 3-5 years of experience on Generalist level Knowledge of Federal & State employment laws High level of organization skills, independence and be a self-starter Ability to support travel - minimum of 25% Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
