Description: Under general supervision of the Chief Talent and Compliance Officer (CTCO), the Organizational Resources (OR) Director is responsible to develop and implement innovative, creative, high-impact talent management and learning strategies to support organizational resources including Human Resources, Training and Development, and Administrative Services.
The Organizational Resources Director’s activities are strategic while also requiring a practical approach to change management and communication. In coordination with the Senior Leadership Team, strive to develop a high performance culture focused on quality services to members. May perform personally or through subordinate personnel the duties outlined below.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are typical for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
  • Participate in development and oversee implementation of operational plans for the Human Resources, Training and Development, and Administrative Services departments.
  • Develop and integrate programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
  • Ensure OR processes are aligned with LCI culture while promoting business continuity, performance expectations, learning opportunities, support and employee engagement.
  • Supervise and direct the work of Human Resources, Training and Development, and Administrative Services staff.
  • Ensure performance standards are met. Establish formal means of accountability, give adequate direction and feedback, advise of job responsibilities and support staff in advancing their career path.
  • Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Develop and oversee implementation of vision to support business objectives or to create new strategic options.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure productivity and service enhancement opportunities are identified and executed.
  • Lead the design and delivery of change management, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives to ensure achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Ensure LCI leaders are educated on the tools, methodology, resources and processes to support these efforts.
  • Design and develop programs to create a culture of excellence with respect and inclusion through training and other diversity awareness activities.
  • Develop Career Development Programs and curate resources for the professional development of LCI employees.
  • Partner with OR team and LCI leaders to understand and implement leadership development and training programs that support ongoing business needs.
  • Support Employee Engagement Survey and related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and report timely with legal and regulatory agencies (Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, etc.).
  • Remain aware of recent trends in employment law and state and federal regulations in order to remain responsive to a changing environment.
