| Description: | Saint John’s On The Lake, established in 1868, is a well-respected non-profit continuing care retirement community employing 230 dedicated team members. We’re seeking an experienced HR manager to join our Leadership team. Make a difference in the lives of our residents through excellence in leading the HR function. You will recommend and implement changes concerning policy, procedure, and practice to ensure Saint John’s compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment, safety, wage & hour standards or regulations. You will lead initiatives to strengthen communication and diversity as well as relations between front line employees and management. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years proven experience in a human resource leadership role to effectively plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Human Resources department. Expertise in compensation & benefits, talent management, HRIS and regulatory compliance required.
