Do you enjoy getting out of the office and establishing relationships and connections in the community? Then this is the opportunity for you. The Talent Acquisition Specialist position exists to source, recruit and select staff to fulfill talent acquisition needs for the organization. Schedules newly hired Behavior Technicians for cases and shifts.

This includes: creatively sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting of qualified candidates, as well as coordinating outreach efforts area high schools, colleges and universities to select top notch candidates.

Our Mission: We Change Lives. We serve children on the autism spectrum and their families in Wisconsin and Illinois, by providing one-on-one, in-home therapy based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA Therapy).

We require at least one year of previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume, metrics driven recruiting environment. Must have proven experience utilizing creative sourcing strategies. Proven experience in relationship building and networking to brand and recruit. Previous experience with ATS, Skype, video interviewing, etc. Word and Excel experience. Must be results oriented and able to represent self to candidates and others in a professional and friendly manner. Must be self-directed with excellent time management skills. Ability to take direction while contributing in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to adapt to frequent change as we continue to grow, and be open to alternative processes, methods and viewpoints. Ability to pass thorough background check.

Serving communities throughout Wisconsin including Appleton, Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, and many more.
